Specific exercises like yoga and meditation help improve your immunity by reducing the levels of stress hormones in your body. Deep breathing practices and muscle relaxation exercises are also very helpful in boosting your immune system.

A weak immune system does not only happen to people with a low BMI (body mass index). Even those who are obese can have a weak immune system which leads to obesity-related health problems including heart disease, type 2 diabetes and bone and joint problems. Obesity is also associated with increased risk of infections like COVID-19.

2. Maintain Good Hygiene

Maintaining good hygiene is one of the most important things to do in order to boost a weak immune system. It starts with always washing your hands before touching food, after using the bathroom, and generally whenever they get dirty.
