chronic immune response syndrome

While you’ve probably heard of chronic immune response syndrome, it is more commonly referred to as Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, or the CIRS disease.

Are you tired of being tired? Are your allergies acting up more than usual? Do you have a little bit of extra difficulty breathing right now?

The truth is, your home could be making you sick. Sick Building Syndrome and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) are two conditions that are likely to be caused by the biotoxins present in your home.

Let us take a step back to reflect: In today’s day and age, there is a lot of focus on our health. We can easily find a ton of information on the Internet that talk about the benefit of changing your diet to adopting a fitness regimen or just finding ways to have more energy. It’s all great advice, but we shouldn’t lose sight of another part of maintaining good health…our home environment. There is a lot of information talking about the dangers of living in certain places and working in specific industries, but not so much about toxins in our homes.

Biotoxins are chemicals produced by living organisms. They’re not just found in nature—they’re often found in our homes as well. They can come from molds in attics, basements, or bathrooms; insect feces; animal hides; or even pet dander.

These biotoxins can cause your body to start producing inflammatory responses on a regular basis, which leads to inflammation throughout the body and can cause fatigue, respiratory issues, and allergic reactions. If you or someone you know has symptoms like these, it’s time to get your house checked out!

What Is CIRS And How Is It Diagnosed?

What is Chronic Immune Response Syndrome?

More popularly known as Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, CIRS is a condition where the body’s immune system has been activated, which then leads to inflammation in the major organs of the body. CIRS is in fact a newly recognized, life-threatening condition associated with exposure to environmental toxins commonly found in indoor environments.

Mayo Clinic also refers to this as an immune response that occurs when the body’s immune system goes into overdrive. When this happens, fluid and white blood cells move into the lining of organs and tissues. As a result, inflammation sets in and can damage your heart, lungs or inflammation in the brain.

It can be challenging to diagnose because its symptoms cross into multiple disease categories. After extensive testing, key markers of CIRS vary widely from patient to patient. CIRS is also sometimes misdiagnosed because of the many overlapping symptoms patients have with other diseases.

The most famous case of this disease is probably Chemtrail syndrome, where people (especially those who have a really weak immune system) exposed to unknown chemicals in vapor trails suffer from an immune disorder and other severe and sometimes life-threatening symptoms. In this article, we will explore what Chronic Immune Response Syndrome is, who may suffer from it, causes and also some treatment options.

Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome – Signs & Symptoms

What are the signs and symptoms of a CIRS condition?

Chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS) is an umbrella term for a diverse range of illnesses. It is commonly used by those in the field of biotoxin illness, chronic Lyme disease and Mold Illness — however it is often not fully understood. While CIRS is a relatively new finding, the signs & symptoms are very real and can be experienced by anyone. I am listing here some of the most common ones.

Sensitive Skin

Is your skin sensitive? Does it feel tight and swollen after you’ve been in a public space like an office or shopping center? Do you have redness, blisters, rashes, hives, scaly skin and/or hair loss on your scalp or body? Do you suffer from chronic headaches, muscle and joint pain, sinus problems, dizziness and nausea? If the answer to these questions is ‘yes’ then you may have CIRS.

nausea

Eye/nose/ear/throat

Panda eyes, a cruddy nose, perpetually stuffy ears, and a sore throat are all common symptoms of CIRS. These symptoms do not occur in every case, and everyone experiences symptoms differently. However, these are some common changes found with patients who suffer from CIRS.

Impaired Memory

A major characteristic of CIRS is the presence of brain fog. This particular symptom is characterized by impaired memory and mental clarity, which can often be accompanied by poor concentration and focus. Symptoms can include general forgetfulness and being unable to recall specific names or events, such as birthdays and anniversaries. Mood disorders may also occur, including anxiety or depression.

Shortness Of Breath And Congested Sinuses

At this point, you can already see that CIRS has a variety of symptoms. Some patients complained of shortness of breath and others experiencing coughing fits or chest tightness. A lot of those with CIRS also suffer from chronic sinus congestion, which can cause them to feel tired and sluggish throughout the day. If you think you may be suffering from CIRS, it’s important to visit your doctor right away so they can diagnose and treat your condition before it becomes life-threatening.

Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea

If you have abdominal pain and diarrhea that lasts for weeks or months, you may have chronic inflammatory response syndrome. The signs and symptoms of CIRS can vary widely in severity and include abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.

Joint Pain And Cramps

If you’re living with joint pain and cramps, you might actually be suffering from CIRS. Since CIRS is the body’s defense against infection, injury, or toxin. It’s the body’s way of protecting itself. But when that response gets stuck in the “on” position, it can cause chronic pain and discomfort—and health problems like high blood pressure and diabetes. When your immune system gets stuck in this way, it can cause aches and pains throughout the body, including joints and muscles.

Deep Fatigue

Chronic fatigue is just one of the many signs and symptoms of CIRS. If you’re experiencing any of the other signs or symptoms—including low-grade fever, joint pain, night sweats, muscle pain, cognitive problems like difficulty thinking clearly or remembering things… really anything that’s out of the ordinary for you—you should talk to your doctor about getting tested for CIRS.

Treatment Of Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome

So you’ve been diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, or CIRS . Now what? The good news: you can take the following steps to reduce your symptoms, improve well-being and live a more normal life.

There are many different types of treatments for Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, ranging from natural to pharmaceutical. It is very important to weigh your options carefully so that you can make a decision about your health. There are things like prescription medications, which can be expensive and take a long time to work. You should always be sure to consult with a doctor before deciding on any kind of treatment.

Another option is natural supplements such as vitamins, minerals, herbs and amino acids. These are great because they have been proven safe by hundreds of thousands of people who have used them successfully over the years. However they may not work as well if you have other conditions or diseases that could interfere with their effectiveness.

taking medication

A third option is therapy and counseling to help you deal with the stressors in your life that may be contributing factors to the development of your symptoms. You may find these helpful but they do not always provide lasting relief or cure the disease entirely so it’s important not to give up hope if one method doesn’t work right away!

A final option would include lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise which can be beneficial but require more effort than just taking medication alone will offer in many cases.

I will go into detail for the following additional treatment options, and hopefully get you thinking on how you can efficiently manage your condition.

Prescription Medications

When it comes to treating your chronic inflammatory response syndrome, you have a lot of choices. There’s prescription medication: think NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), steroids, and even cancer treatments. But many times those come with a host of side effects, including liver damage and cancer risk.

That’s why the healthcare industry is turning away from prescription medication and toward alternative therapies—not just because they’re effective, but because they’re safer too.

Natural Binders For Eliminating Toxins (Cholestyramine And Welchol)

If you are looking for a way to eliminate toxins from your body, you should consider the use of natural binders. The two most common natural binders used in medicine today are cholestyramine and Welchol. These two binders have been shown to be safe for patients with a variety of medical concerns, including chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS). These binders are generally well tolerated in patients with CIRS and can help to reduce symptoms associated with this condition.

Cholestyramine is a naturally-occurring organic compound found in many plants. It has been shown to be effective at binding to bile acids, which can lead to a reduction in inflammation caused by these bile acids. Cholestyramine is a common treatment for CIRS because it helps to reduce the symptoms of this condition.

Welchol is another type of natural binder that works by binding to cholesterol in the intestines. It helps reduce inflammation caused by these bile acids, but it does not change the level of cholesterol in the blood. Welchol has been shown to be an effective treatment for CIRS because it helps patients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

VIP Nasal Spray

Why VIP Nasal Spray? VIP is an acronym for Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide. It is a neuropeptide that reduces inflammation, which allows the body to heal itself and repair damage. This neuropeptide has been shown to offer an effective, safe, and non-toxic treatment for Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). By reducing inflammation in the nasal passages and sinuses, CIRS can be treated and resolved. If you’re looking for a natural or alternative treatment for CIRS and/or mold-related illness, then VIP Nasal Spray may be a good treatment option for you.

No-Amylose Diet

No-Amylose diet (eliminating sugars, grains, processed food, bananas, and underground food). Sugar can cause inflammation in the body, which can lead to a condition called chronic inflammatory response syndrome, or CIRS.

sugar

Sugar is just one culprit that causes systemic inflammation. Others include processed foods, refined grains, and starchy vegetables like potatoes and carrots. To help your body recover from CIRS, you’ll need to minimize the sugar and other inflammatory foods in your diet. Some of these sugar alternatives are easy swaps, like using honey instead of white sugar or coconut sugar instead of brown sugar. You can also use stevia or monk fruit sweetener for added sweetness without the sugar load.

Eliminating certain foods may seem like a daunting task, but there are plenty of delicious options that won’t trigger an inflammatory response! You don’t have to give up pizza forever just because it’s made with wheat flour—try making a cauliflower crust instead! And don’t worry about sacrificing flavor—there are so many great spices and herbs that will give your meals more depth without aggravating your symptoms.

Supplement

I hear from a lot of people dealing with chronic inflammatory response syndrome. They’re scared, frustrated, and most of all, stuck. There is tremendous suffering out there that I hope to help alleviate.

Consuming good NAD+ supplementation such as Infinity, as well as taking immune system booster vitamins will perfectly complement your treatment choices. NAD supplement and immune booster vitamins are not only effective at treating chronic inflammation, but they also help to prevent it from recurring. This means that you won’t have to worry about getting another infection or developing other complications from your condition.

The best way to prevent chronic inflammation is by eating a healthy diet and getting regular exercise. It’s also a good idea to take NAD supplement and immune booster vitamins on a daily basis. You should avoid foods that are high in saturated fats such as red meat, cheese, or butter because these can make your body produce more inflammatory chemicals called prostaglandins which cause pain and swelling. It’s best not to eat any type of processed food either because they contain preservatives like MSG which can cause problems with your digestive system too!

Conclusion

It is important to know CIRS because it is a contributor to everything from blindness, severe headache and anywhere in between. Millions of people suffer from chronic pain and mild headaches, but cannot afford the healthcare coverage to pay for the care they need that is related to this disease. CIRS is under-diagnosed and therefore untreated.

If you have had any of the symptoms that I have listed above, please approach your doctor or your medical center and describe them. Gather as much detail from your past medical history (family history, even what happened to you before the onset of the CRIS) and ask your doctor to run a test or two to rule out CRIS. Also, do not stress yourself further by reading about chronic inflammatory response syndrome on the Internet. It will only complicate things for you because there is no cure for this disease yet.

Don’t make any dietary changes without consulting your doctor as well. If you can get your CRIS under control you can expect to lower your risk factors just as I did, but again please go see a qualified doctor first.I am also inviting you to join our exclusive Facebook group where a community of people striving for overall wellness and longevity exchange great ideas.
